RECYCLING GOES FAR,FAR BEYONG THE BIN AT THE EDGE OF THE CURL.

Regarding is the process of converting waste meterial in to reusable objects to prevent waste of potentially usefull materials. Recyclable material include many kind of things like paper, metal, plastic, tire and wood waste recycling is a key component of modern waste reduction and is the third components of the “reduce, reuse and recycle”hierarchy.

An  unwavering focus on operational efficiency and excellence depends on how usefully you can uses the scrap material and how efficiently works your granulates and shredder machine. People around you knows about the recycled metal usages, recycled plastic, recycled wood wastes etc, but many of them unknown about recycled tire.

Rubber flooring, athletic surface including payground sports courts and athletic turf.

Rubberized roadways.

Smart way to Go green

As per UN,the world’s production of plastic materials has been increasing over the past 20 years at a rate of nearly 5% per annum.

In 2010 alone , 265 million tonnes of plastics were produced.

“UNEP” Have a big project to converting waste plastics to potential resources . tire , solid & hazardous waste, the world production of tire has been increasing every year. At present it is estimated that 2 billion new tyres produced annually.

Needs to be addressed

In the 21st century, the scrap recycling industry is uniquely positioned to meet the challenges of today’s world. It is the time to address on minimized the wastes plastics by recognizing that, wastes plastics have into a valuable resources.

The  Future

The future of tyre & plastic is really strong, and is getting in prominence and widespread use. Many countries already use rubberised asphalt when they design, reconstruct or repair their roadways and it is used for several simple and straight forward reasons; it can cost less, provides safety benefits and last longer than convention asphalt.

Wastage comes only if you are not willing to do something wisely….

Background of Plastics Recycling

Nearly all types of plastics can be recycled however the extent to which they are recycled depends upon technical, economic and logistics factors. As a valuable and finite resource, the optimum recovery route for most plastic items at the ‘end of life’ is to be recycled.

Depending upon the type of polymer or type of waste processed, we can divided plastic recycling into Seven. Crates & Pallets, HDPE/PP, LDPE, Mixed plastics, PET,PVC,PS (Polystyrene).

What’s The Story Today ?

Effective recycling of mixed plastics waste is the next major challenge for the plastics recycling sector. The advantage is the ability to recycle a larger proportion of the plastic waste stream by expanding post-consumer collection of plastic packaging to cover a wider variety of materials and pack types. Product design for recycling has strong potential to assist in such recycling efforts.

The USA currently has a greater capacity for recycling than it is currently using. The infrastructure already exists to sustain a growth in plastic recycling, which is a great thing! One of the greatest challenges in plastic recycling is actually getting companies to invest in recycled plastic. If there’s no economic value in using recycled  plastics then there won’t be any demand. For more than decade , a large percentage recyclable plastic products were actually recycled in China. When recyclable products arrived in China, some were recycled but some were too contaminated for processing, meaning they were covered in food or mixed in with other materials.

Recycling reduces waste materials from plastic manufacturing companies from entering landfills and also cuts down on the oil usage as well as emission of gases like sulfur hexafluoride, chlorine dioxide, nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide. This results in a cleaner planet and less pollution. Recycled resin is also much cheaper than new.

Granulator Blade

  • Rotor Knives Standard
  • Rotor knifes cross cut
  • Stator Knife Standard

A granulator performs best and most economical when the blade is sharp. A regular knife changes and correct sitting of the cutting gap helps insure a good final result and reduced power consumption.

Wudtools , plastic recycling knifes are made of the finest high alloy composition. Each made processed through hardening and multiple tendering process to ensure the finest molecular structure , thus it will devices the correct mix of edge strength , shock resistance and durability for extended service type.

Whether made of high alloy tool steel HSS or special grades of steel, these knives meet the highest standards in the crushing of recyclable materials,

Background of Rubber Recycling

Due to the increasing number of cars & trucks all over the world, used tyres are available in large number of very low cost. With  a bit of clever recycling, you can get a whole lot out of used tyres, granule in various sizes steel and firefit. Rubber recovery can be a different process. There are many reasons however why rubber should be reclaimed or recovered.

What the Story Today?

Tire shredding has never been in such demand is more countries guidelines to prohibit the disposal of while tires in land fields , plus there is a high demand e profit in shredder tires in various conditions from whole tire hips to finely ground rubber.

  • Recovered Rubber can cost half that of natural or synthetic rubber.
  • Recovered rubber has some properties that are better than these of virgin rubber.
  • Producing rubber from reclaim requires less energy in the total production processes than virgin material.
  • It is excellent way to dispose of unwanted rubber products which is often difficult.
  • It conserves non renewable petroleum products, which are used to produce synthetic rubber.

Background to Wood Recycling

The 1992 Earth Summit in Rio saw the United Nations (UN) begin to tackle a growing international issues-the destruction of the earth’s irreplaceable natural resources. Hundreds of thousands of people from all walks of life were drawn into the Rio process in an attempt  to bring about change and safeguard the future of the planet. Environmentally, this was the foundation that all future legislation would be drawn from.

Areas requiring urgent review were transportation, energy and waste. Fuel in the form of lead petrol was to be phased out, energy would need to be generated from fossil-free fuels and land fillin of waste had to be reduced significantly.

Land filling organic materials such as wood leads to emissions of methane. This is 21 times more damaging to the environment than carbon dioxide. Recycling wood offers a real opportunity to reduce landfill, reduce emissions to the atmosphere and to improve the economic vitality of our country.

Shredder Knives

The tires/E-waste being incredibly durable and resistance to destruction require a great deal of force to tear them apart. Shredder is also used for heavy duty pre size reduction purpose for Plastic and Wood. A reliable and rugged engineering tools are perfect for the tire recycling process. Shredder knives are used for grinding large scale wastes. These are different shredder blades in shapes.

This shape and the  materials type is determined according to the application. The mostly used sated qualities are 1.2379, 1.2343(D2,H2) and 1.3343(M2, M232 powder metallurgy steel).

Thus it hraver outstanding resistance to adosion and wear in combination with high toughness and compressive strength.

Background of E-Waste Recycling

E-Waste refers to electronics Waste. E-Waste recycling is the reuse and reprocessing of electrical and electronics equipment of any type that has been discard or obsolete. Some of the common E-Waste include; Home appliances such a televisions, Air Conditioners, Fan DVD, Radio, etc. Recycling  E-Waste Is a growing trend and was initiated to protect human and environmental health mainly due to the widespread environmental pollution impacts of E-Waste.

Shredding

Gigo: The principle of “Garbage  In, Garbage Out”, also applies to efficient electronics recycling. Although ECS is capable of recycling a wide range of material streams, many of our processes are optimized for electronics waste. This means that non conforming material could disrupt the streamlined recycling process or contaminate the commodity outputs.

Pre-Picking: Our end of life electronics recycling process begins with a conveyor line in which items that should not be shredded, such as batteries, UPS battery systems toner cartridge and fluorescent lights are removed by hand before they enter main shredder.

Shredding: After E-waste has been pre-picked, if flows into the shredding line to be sized down for commodity separation. The primary shredder breaks material down into 4”*10” fragment and the secondary shredder reduces it further into poker chip sized fragments that are optimal for the separation processes.

IN order to recover the maximum value from electronics waste, it must be processed properly. ECS refining’s state-of-the-art recycling process ensures that the electronics are refined into clean, high quality commodieties.

The most common commodities that can be recovered from E-waste, are varying grades and types of plastics, aluminium, steel, PC board and CRT glass. After shredding and separating electronics waste, ECS refining gives these commodities new life by selling and distributing them to manufactures and producers around the world.
