Crush Cutter Commonly Known as Scoring slitter Blades Cameron Type Slitter

 The Crush Cutter is a commonly used for crush cutting paper, film, foil products and the fabric in tire industry. Suitable for machine like Cameron, Arrow, Ashton, Dusenberg, Johnstone, Tidland and Catbridge

Machines.

Wudtools, has been supplying crush cutter to a wide variety of industries of more than 50 years. Crush Cutter is also known as Scoring Slitter or Slitter Blades are above the oldest machine knives known and have been used in slitting application. These knives can manufactured from many steel types depending on the application. Wudtools also produce perforator blade made to order to meet your needs. All our score slitter and Perforator blades are made from the finest steel to the original equipment manufacturers specification.

The most common steel used is 52100; however other alloys are available to meet your specific application requirements. Blades are available in just about any diameter to fit the most common slitting equipment found in industry.

Wudtools has extensive experience manufacturing on the tread skiver blades for the tire and rubber industry. For the modest beginning, Wudtools built a reputation on the quality and then think about the price. We had expanded our production line to build custom styles for a variety of skiver blades in different sizes with different angle operations.The function of the thread skiver is to cut strip profiles in START/STOP modes. Our higher alloyed thread Skiver blades are finished to closer tolerance, beyond industry standard and peripheral run out held within .05mm/.6mm. However other alloys are available to meet your specific application requirements. Blades areAvailable in just about any diameter to fit the most common slitting equipment found in industry.

Mill Knives

 Our engineers and developers deal intensively with modern Material science, Tool Technology, Process and Application technology regularly, we are ready to tackle any solution for custom mill knives with shapes and more durable metallurgy.Typically the mill knives are used in the rubber sheet many with a very sharp and made of higher grades tool steel this enables a long run life.

Size: Length 100mm to 200mm with width 25mm to 40mm

We can manufacture any size custom mill knives; noted sizes are the general size.

Material: AISI-D2 (HcHCr), AISI-M2 (HSS)

 

Trimming/De-burring Cutters

Heat treated for quality and endurance Resistance and sharpness are the important needs to trim the vents on the fabricated tires.

The technology we uses are efficient to spew trimming.
